Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 2026-05-22
We want everyone — including people who use assistive technologies — to be able to use this website. This statement explains our current accessibility status, the known gaps we are working on, and how to give us feedback.
Target standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, in line with the European Accessibility Act (EAA). This is the standard recommended for commercial websites serving EU consumers from 28 June 2025 onwards.
Known limitations
The ATELIER chair studio and some legacy chat views have not yet been independently audited for full keyboard navigation, screen reader labels and reduced-motion preferences. These are tracked as priority issues and will be addressed in the next product cycles. If something blocks you in the meantime, please contact us and we will help by alternative means (email, phone, or a human salesperson).
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier — anything from missing alt text to a form you cannot complete with a screen reader — please email us using the address above. We aim to respond within 5 working days and to fix critical issues within 30 days.
Last accessibility review
This statement was prepared in May 2026 based on an internal self-assessment. We plan to commission an independent WCAG 2.1 AA audit and will publish the formal conformance report on this page once it is complete.
