Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-22
These Terms govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, submitting a quote enquiry, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Permitted use
The Site is intended for furniture buyers, designers, hospitality projects, and trade partners. You agree to use it only for lawful business purposes — for example, you must not attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape or harvest product data at scale, upload malicious files, or submit content that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend access if these rules are broken.
3. Intellectual property
All website design, branding, photography, product descriptions, configurator templates and software on the Site are owned by the site operator or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for non-commercial reference. Any other use — including republishing, training third-party AI models on our content, or commercial redistribution — requires our prior written consent.
4. AI features
The Site includes AI-powered chat and image generation. AI output may contain errors. We are not liable for decisions you make based solely on AI output without verifying important details (price, lead time, stock, technical specifications) with our sales team. For full details on how AI is used, where data is processed and how to opt out, see our AI Usage page.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law — for example liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or for personal injury.
6. Statutory consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the EU / EEA, nothing in these Terms affects the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence (for example under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the GDPR).
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page and announced at the top of the Site or by email where appropriate. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the law of the operator's principal place of business. For EU consumers, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply where applicable. For questions about these Terms, please use the contact address provided on our Imprint page.
