Categories of data we process

Account data (name, email, company name, phone), chat content and uploads (text, images and documents you submit to the AI assistant), technical data (IP address, browser, device, language preference), and consent records (your cookie / AI consent decisions and timestamps).

Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) for logged-in account features and quote / order handling; legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for site security, fraud prevention and aggregated product analytics where you have granted the relevant cookie consent; consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for non-essential cookies and for AI processing of optional inputs you choose to submit.

Retention

Chat transcripts and AI-related uploads are kept for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion via the Data Rights page. Account data is kept while your account is active; on closure we retain only what is required by tax / commercial law (typically up to 6 years for invoicing records) and delete the rest. Consent records are kept for 3 years for accountability.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, use our Data Subject Rights form.

International transfers

Some of our processors operate outside the EEA. For those transfers we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914) and supplementary technical and organizational measures. The full list is published on our Sub-processors page.
